Nick Andrews
Nick is an accomplished business leader, with over thirty years’ experience in sales management, large-scale outsourcing and management consultancy. Throughout his career he has maintained an unwavering passion for business transformation.
In the last decade his focus has centered on building successful consulting businesses from start-up without seed capital. Virtual Operations, founded in 2012, helps organisations with expanding workloads or unpredictable costs to open up new opportunities for process transformation and innovation through automation.
Previously Nick founded Alsbridge and built and ran the European entity for EquaTerra (now part of KPMG). He was a partner at EY and Accenture.
He brings unprecedented sector expertise, an international track record, and deep interest in large transformational solutions and operational excellence to his role at on the AIIA Advisory Board.
